1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, we'll provide a full refund of your subscription fee.

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@streamio.ai
- Include the email on your account and the reason for the refund
- We'll process your request within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
3. Refund Processing Time
Payments are processed by Stripe. Once your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
4. Credits
AI features run on credits. Included monthly credits and purchased top-up credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable. Unused top-up credit purchases may be eligible for a refund within 30 days, at our discretion.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 30-day period
- Credits that have already been consumed
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive usage
- Team or custom plans (subject to contract terms)
6. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription plans, you can cancel at any time. You'll continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial periods of service on subscription plans.
