  • Messages you send in chat and coaching
  • Voice recordings you choose to record for transcription (optional)
  • Camera and microphone input during live coaching sessions (optional)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Provide AI-powered features — scoring résumés, drafting applications and follow-ups, interview preparation, and chat and live coaching
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send technical notices and support messages
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Develop new products and services

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy.

We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our website and providing services to you.

AI Processing and Third-Party AI Providers

We use artificial intelligence to provide core features — scoring résumés, drafting applications and follow-ups, interview preparation, and chat and live coaching. To do this, we send relevant data off your device to our backend and to third-party AI providers that process it on our behalf:

  • Optimum Vertex / StreamIO backend — our own servers, which receive the data you provide to deliver these features.
  • OpenAI — processes text content (such as your résumé, application content, and chat/coaching messages) to generate scores, drafts, and responses.
  • ElevenLabs — processes voice: generating spoken replies and transcribing voice recordings to text, when you enable Voice.
  • Google (Gemini) — processes camera frames and audio during live coaching to generate visual analysis and responses, when you enable Live coaching.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — processes chat and agent messages and related content when you use the in-app agent or Messenger features.

The optional categories — voice transcription and live camera/microphone coaching — are off by default and are used only if you turn them on. You can change these at any time in the app under Settings → Data sharing.

We share personal data with these providers only to provide our services, and we require them by contract to protect your data and to use it consistently with this Privacy Policy, providing the same or equal protection of your information.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Request data portability

You can delete your data at any time by deleting your account in the app (Account → Delete account) or by contacting us at privacy@streamio.ai. We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

8. SMS/Text Message Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS or text messages from Optimum Vertex, Inc. These messages may include account-related alerts such as account notifications, security updates, and service announcements.

Explicit Consent: By checking the opt-in box or submitting your phone number through our sign-up form, you are agreeing to receive SMS or text messages from Optimum Vertex. A general agreement to a privacy policy or terms of service alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages.

Message Content: You will receive account-related alerts, including but not limited to account notifications, verification codes, and important service updates.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

No Mobile Information Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any information collected through SMS opt-in with third parties for promotional purposes.
